A Guide to Living in Lugano, Switzerland

What is a young adult supposed to do every day in Lugano? There's plenty to do, believe me. For starters, you visit Lago di Lugano and the center of the city. The landscape is filled with so many types of cafes, but the best one is the Spaghetti Store, which is on the lakeside of Lugano where you can enjoy the exquisite pasta made in Switzerland and the historic Neapolitan pizza. You have to save room for dinner, but the lakeside gelato stands with an assortment of desserts are an essential. Personally, I am in favor of having dessert before dinner and the best places to go are the pop-up gelato and crepe stands around the town... they are delish!
After a long day of strolling through the town, a stop at the quality Italian restaurant, Argentino Bistro and Pizza, right in the center plaza of Lugano, is a must. The meat and cheese plates, pizzas, and meat courses are almost as good as their Swiss local desserts.
After dinner you need to ride the Funicular up Monte Bré or Mont San Salvatore to get the best view of the city.
